Great location with great amenities and decent breakfast. Within walking distance of several metro stations, shopping, good food options. Landry facilities. Only issue was the third bed - it’s a converted chair to mattress system, so not the most comfortable if you have a third person. We kept the same room that we had with our son, before he left - not a great option for more than one night - it was very hard and uncomfortable.

LG Steam Closet in the room is a life saver to sanitize jacket and clothes. It’s close to 2 main metro lines and walkable to Ginza shopping area. Tsukiji market is also super close. The snack and drinks provided during afternoon and evening are wonderful. Staff are very nice.
