Overall, the hotel is clean and well-situated with fresh clean rooms. I do have reservations about the hotel the way they conduct the airport shuttle service. I wrote to the hotel with all the relevant details regarding my arrival at the airport. The response I received was that I would need to call them once I got to the airport and they would then call a taxi. This is obviously absurd as the attraction of booking a shuttle service is the convenience of having a car waiting at the airport. I was told that the cost was 100 PLN In the event, I declined this service and walked straight outside in taxi and paid less than 50 PLN so the shuttle service is best avoided. The water pressure from the shower was also very weak. I know most hotels are involved in various initiatives to avoid wasting water but it shouldn't affect the enjoyment of the guest.

Good location and good breakfast choices. A little noisy at night due to the location and police sirens passing during the night/early hours, this was obviously not the hotels fault. The carpets could do with a deep clean as lots of stains.
