We were served clean towels and trash emptying every day after I requested this service at the front desk when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and cordial when fielding our requests. The pool and exercise areas were clean and stocked with towels. We felt comfortable and secure in using these areas. Adequate free parking was available to us. Great location with good restaurants and Krogers nearby. The Hampton by Hilton Dearborn/Detroit was rated as a 2 star hotel but it clearly should be rated higher. I would give it a 3 star or 4 star. The only bad thing was I only saw one luggage carrier and that one was not available to us one the day we checked out.

It was a nice clean hotel, but you have to pay for parking when you are a guest to park in their parking lot which I think was weird. If you’re a guest, you shouldn’t have to pay for parking in the parking lot.

The service was EXCELLENT. The room was nice and clean, but the pool water was cloudy and thete is no hot tub. Besides that it was nice. My son turned 17 and decided to celebrate his birthday by stsying at a hotel and going swimming. If you're on a business trip and not looking to use some of the amenities then its a great place to stay.
