I have a comfortable stay at the hotel and I like the complimentary local drinks provided at the lobby everyday. The hotel is within walking distance to Siam shopping area, MBK and food streets. BTS station is just in front of the hotel. I booked a taxi through the hotel for my trip to the airport and it was reliable and efficient. I will stay here again for my next trip.

Not really happy with the hotel, the water heater in the room was not working properly, we have to keep asking the plumber to come back to check and re-check. Toilet kept have a cigarette smell when we checked-in on the 1st day. The single bed position is located beside an aircon compressor the sound of the compressor at night make my friend can't sleep well.

My 3rd visit to BKK which is the 1st time i stay at KR. Staying at Kritthai Residence, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, making for a smooth and pleasant check-in process. The hotel offers a range of excellent amenities, including a lovely lounge area. Kritthai Residence offers a wonderful blend of comfort, service, and location. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I would highly recommend Kritthai Residence to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Great hotel we booked 2 rooms and were placed on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear much noise from the street. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Used the hotel laundry service which was excellent. The hotel staff were nice and the best was the night guard on the ground floor. He was very friendly and professional and always helped when we had to use the elevator. He made our stay better. Location is great for shopping but traffic can get crazy busy because it’s such a central location.

Olemme yöpyneet useammalla matkalla tässä hotellissa. Hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. MBK ja muita shoppailu mahdollisuuksia kivenheiton päässä. Hotelli sijaitsee ison tien ja skytrainin varrella. Alimmissa kerroksissa liikenne saattaa häiritä huonosti nukkivien yöunia. Aikaisemmin olemme saaneet huoneen ylempää. Valitettavasti tällä kertaa näin ei onnistunut, vaikka olimme lähettäneet toiveen ennakkoon. Aamupala oli muuttunut tilattaviin annoksiin, jotka eivät nyt houkutelleet. Petyimme palveluun tällä kertaa, koska aikaisemmat kokemukset olivat paremmat.

Conveniently located

Very conveniently located. Even though it’s nearby the BTS station, surprisingly it wasn’t noisy at all. Overall experience is excellent. Will definitely recommend it.

Fremragende beliggenhed men ulempe er larmen

Jeg har reserveret et værelse med to king-size senge. Værelset er meget rummeligt og har både badekar og bruser, hvilket gør det ideelt for en familie med to børn. Ved ankomst bliver man mødt af en behagelig citrusduft i værelset. Desværre er der støj fra gangen, især fra rengøringen og folk, der taler højt eller laver larm. Vinduerne er ikke helt lydisolerede, så man hører lyde fra biler, tuktuks og knallerter udenfor. Derfor får værelset kun tre stjerner fra mig. Hotellets personale er meget venlige og imødekommende. De tilbyder også forfriskende kolde drikkevarer. Hotellet har en fremragende beliggenhed tæt på Bangkoks centrum, med kun en kort gåtur til BTS-stationer, populære shoppingcentre og gågader.
