Elegant and charming hotel. A little old and not up to date but the charm and history are great. Just beside the Port de France and right outside the Medina. Perfect location. A little lower standard of breakfast than I’m used to but good enough. I really recommend it!

Unique hotel with nice rooms with balconies looking out to the main square. The rooms and bathrooms are little run down. For the price this hotel is excellent and is in a great location. Breakfast buffet is a typical MENA hotel breakfast; cheese, meats, salad and pastries.

The customer service was terrible. The way the front desk behaved us was like catching a thief. The front desk should first get trained how to talk with customers and start working. They behaved us so aggressively, so we decided not to stay the night there and left. And stayed the other left night somewhere else since we felt offended and unsecure
