Gracious staff, felt welcomed immediately as I walked through the door. I had my 4 little dogs and they kept me on the first floor for easy access to take them out to go potty. It was very thoughtful.

During check in, the office guy couldn't find my reservation. Took more than 5 minutes for him to find it. While moving our bags into the room, another guest stood right next to door with a large dog that was barking and pulling on his leash the whole time. I asked him to take his dog farther away from us and he just stood there. The latch on the door was broken, so it would have been easy for someone to break in if they wanted to. In the room itself, the floor was cracked. We didn't know it until my daughter stepped on the crack and it pinched her foot. Luckily she was wearing socks and it wasn't too bad. They do not provide mini shampoo and conditioner. Instead, the have bottles attached in the shower. There was no conditioner in our room. I went to the front desk to see if they had any small bottles so my wife could take a shower and they said they don't, the room keeper would need to refill it. The website also said that they serve continental breakfast, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel over ones that were similarly priced. Guess what... no breakfast. They said they have never served it, yet it's on their website. I ended up having to spend an extra $30 to get food for my family because of this. All in all, a horrible stay.

Owner just purchased one year ago. They’re trying to bring everything up-to-date and fix all the rooms. Under the circumstance it was all right and the owner was very accommodating. Parking is not for large or long vehicles.

Clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

Checking in was so quick and the woman was very friendly. Parking was easy, right by our room. The room was very clean and has been newly renovated. The bed was on the soft side for us, but that's just personal preference. And they are a pet friendly hotel, helpful as we have our little sidekick with us most of the time. I would definitely stay here again.

We got stranded in Las Vegas, most rooms were booked due to a movie being filmed. The owner was very nice. The maintenance man went above and beyond to fix heater and smoke detector. He even helped us out of a fix with our wet clothes. My only down fall is the room needs to be updated. The beds are super old and don’t sleep very comfortably.

Looked sketchy at first with a couple with boom box on the outside landing. Room clean and freshly painted. Bed adequate. No sub flooring so floor creaked and was cracked. We didn’t pay much and we knew it was given a 7.8 rating which is about right.

I had booked two night at the Econo lodge in Las Vegas New Mexico. Upon checking into our room it was dirty and had a horrible stench. We couldn’t stay there! The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic, he was very helpful to see if could get me back my refund.

Haven't been to Vegas NM . Room wasn't cleaned yet. Had conversation with Larry he was rude and mean. Lots of family had to leave cuz no rooms were clean! I will NOT rent there again and I'll tell everyone not to rent from that hotel..
