The hotel is old and not kept up. The man at the front desk was very friendly, seems he had to do everything hisself. I never saw anyone else working there. We stayed three nights, room was never serviced but if we asked for towels, coffee etc. he promptly got them for us.

This place is really run down, needs a lot of updating. Bed was comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood.

The price was right! We literally planned our trip to the falls last minute, we were basically only in the room to sleep. It was very basic, but comfortable. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was, and the air conditioner was really cold. It was in walking distance of everything. And the man who ran it was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean no frill budget inn near the falls. Don't expect amenities that a higher standard inn would have. This being said, it has the basics. Each private room comes with the standard Towels, soap, clean bedroom and bathroom. Don't expect laundry services or breakfast

Please do not let the pictures fool you! I will say that the location of this hotel is awesome. It is in walking distance to all of the local attractions. Cleanliness out of the window! Space in the room very little. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The linens and towels were stained and do not look to be washed well. The tub was peeling, the bathroom was not clean, the lock on the front door was junky and the Wi-Fi was bad.

The room was small. Hardly no room to walk and it had a smell when you walk in it. The comforter on top was stained on both beds. I didn’t even stay the night. I walked back and gave in my key bc they said out was out of time to do the cancellation so I wouldn’t get a refund.
