部屋に暖房器具がなく、少し寒さを感じました。ただ物凄い寒波襲来時だったので、普通の寒さなら大丈夫なのかもしれません。 ホテルスタッフの方々は皆さん親切で、年末年始の宿泊だったので、年越し蕎麦を振舞っていただいたり、おせちのバイキング、オムレツのトッピング増量など、楽しい年越しとなりました。年末の花火打ち上げは大寒波の中で見に行けず残念でしたが、音だけで想像力を働かせて楽しみました。 楽しい家族旅行となり、大満足でした。

昔の景気のいいころの施設ですね

休みを利用し、友人たちと宿泊しました。 ベッドが少々くたびれて非常に柔らかくなっており、施設は若干古いですが、問題ありません。 夕食付きのプランで夕食はよかったです。朝食も悪くありませんでしたがコロナ禍なのに、会場が少々込みすぎていたのが気になりました。 でも、また休日に利用したいと思います

当初何も知らず2を予約。 すると信じられないほど汚く、臭い。 Wifiもロビーしか使えず、大浴場なし、朝食も車で建物を移動しないといけない。 一泊2〜3千クラスのゲストハウスレベル。 詳細には一切そんな事は書いていない。 我慢出来ずホテル側に伝えると3に変更して頂けた。 3は同じホテルか？というくらい全てのサービスが格上で快適に過ごせました。

リーズナブルなよいホテルです。

宿泊者には仙台駅から無料バスで行くことができます。スタッフの対応は非常に良いです。晩、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。ホテルの裏はゲレンデに直結しており、villa３からはやや遠いですが、十分にアクセスできる立地です。また行きたいと思います 不満点は特にありませんが、強いて言えば、温泉のチケットがチェックアウト後も使えるといいと思いました。

I was very surprised at how spacious the rooms were compared to other typical Japanese hotels. The accommodations were dates, but clean, cozy and great views. The onsen experience was fantastic and the convenience to the slopes is the biggest plus.
