Location is pretty good but after coming from another Hampton during our trip we could easily compare this one with another one that was excellent. Room had a musty smell (complained but not fixed during our stay), sticky floors, clogged sink (which was fixed once complained), broken toilet paper stand (pretty annoying), wear and tear on the furniture and vanity. In general felt that property could use some work. Parking at $30 per night is frankly rip off with every parking in the adjoining properties varying from $10-$15 per night.
