Place was amazing, clean, convenient and close to a lot of walkable touristy places. Service for the most part was poor: needed things and they said they were going to do it but they didn’t, no cleaning service came during our trip, and we had to keep reminding them that trash needed to be picked up.

The hotel apartment block was located very close to the underground. The complex is very modern and to a high standard. The room itself was of a very high standard, nothing was missing as far as equipment was concerned. The kitchen gavecus the possibility of acquiring groceries from the local supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We found the gym a positive feature. A dishwasher and washing machine were part of what was available in the room Excellent.

I think a 4pm check in is quite late although a lovely apart /hotel with all amenities could easily stay a few nights, although it said a restaurant was on site and the signs are still up was disappointed to hear there was no longer a Japanese restaurant there, walking distance to Liverpool Street 10mins and Aldgate East is 2 min walk away would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Well positioned near Aldgate East. Room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was a little lumpy but overall OK. THe kitchenette area was useful although I wish they had some instructions as to how to use appliances. The Smeg microwave was a challenge! The seating are was small but comfortable. Good WiFi speed and consistent Bathroom good with decent shower Reasonable price for London if booked ahead Would I use again - yes.
