Great property overall. Really clean and well kept. Front desk service team could really use an education on hospitality. Tried to make multiple request by calling front desk and they did not want to seem to help accommodate. Not all too friendly either. Breakfast buffet had great selection. Houskeeeping staff was amazing ensuring room cleanliness. Overall a great stay. It would be More amazing if the front desk staff could be more accommodating to guests needs especially for being a 4 star hotel, now I can see why they are not a 5 star.

Great hotel a block from the beach. They offer a great breakfast and dinner buffet. The room we stayed had a view of the 2 swimming pools and partial ocean view.

It’s amazing hotel. A lot of great facilities, I love the swimming pool and restaurants. The breakfast is so high quality with variety of foods. Very relaxing when staying. I also love it’s SPA and souna room.

Lovely spacious rooms, always enjoy our stay. The staff are very polite and nothing is too much trouble. Will be returning again, our 11th visit as it’s got all that we need on our cycling holidays.

Our stay was fabulous, very clean modern hotel! We had a junior suite with a terrace and sea view. Breakfast was amazing, with so many options. We would definitely be coming back!

Everything about the hotel was 1st class. From the staff on reception, polite and helpful. To the cleanliness of our room, choice of food both in the morning and at dinner and the feel of security within the hotel. Will be back.

Generally just a great hotel complex with everything you need. The pool area is probably the highlight for me. Would have been nice with a “real” restaurant and not just a buffet for dinner if you don’t feel like going somewhere in the evening. Can only speak for the room we got that while generally nice and tidy it could use a bit of a fix up to remove some wear and tear after years of use. Nothing major though. At this price level I would expect a basic fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

At the pool the wifi (wlan) was not good. Very poor. In generally the hotel eas good.

My AC would not work even though I followed all of the instructions from the very rude front desk. The room had no coffee or a mini bar as was advertised. The bar stuff was not knowledgeable about common cocktails. The bathroom was also not fully stocked. The only positive was the comfortable bed and the helpful overnight concierge. It was far too expensive to feel so uncomfortable and be treated poorly.
