Hotel, muito velho, o Ar-condicionado sem manutenção, banheiro com descarga sem funcionamento correto, colchões velhos e desconfortáveis, no café da manhã, poucas opções de comida, e não repunham o que ia acabando, além de venderem café da manhã avulso para não hóspedes, e com isso sem lugar para poder sentar, tendo que esperar desocupar lugares.

Não vale a pena escolher o mais barato.

Escolhi um hotel simples para economizar e patrocinar mais uma pessoa além do casal. Fiquei surpreso de me colocarem num apartamento sem ar condicionado em plena Cuiabá e a recepção do hotel disse que foi eu que escolhi, nem havia esta opção. Encontrei amigos e passeamos juntos, esqueci o detalhe de importância até porque o Hotel nos mudou para um apartamento com frigobar e ar condicionado.

Tudo perfeito, principalmente o café da manhã. Meninas super simpáticas e gentil. A limpeza do homem impecável, as toalhas do banheiro cheirosissima. Chegamos de noite no hotel e o atendimento da recepcionista foi péssimo, sem profissionalismo nenhum, arrogante e muito mal educada. Acredito que uma pessoa para lidar com o público tem que ser ao menos educada. Tirando só o atendimento da recepção, tudo foi muito bom.
