老板人很好，有码头免费接送服务，看到我们行李很多还免费给我们升级到了一个更大更好的房间，而且房间靠近电梯方便我们运送行李，还免费用车送我们去超市购物，服务很周到，旅馆位置也很方便，距离赌场潜水点步行5分钟，距离绿色码头步行10分钟，出行非常方便！

Nice balcony view but in very poor condition.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Ocean view from the balcony was nice. However, the property and buildings were in rough shape. The room was in extremely poor condition. Everything was from the 1970s and not refurbished or repaired since then.

Nice service but aging property

We decided to stay here because my husband and I love to have a tub. The jetted tub was the only new item in the room. The property is very old and not kept up. The back of the front door had a chunk missing out of the panel, tiles were cracked, rust on the side of the refrigerator, doors didn’t shut correctly, no dresser, no blow dryer, no iron and no nightstand on one side of the bed. The room was clean and the people at the front were very nice but I would not stay again. Needs some TLC.

Not worth the money spent

The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The room and the hotel itself really run down. The room was dirty. The bathroom toilet was dirty and after seeing that I questioned were the linens changed. Unpon further investigation of the room, curtains had stains, linens were dusty, no soad to wash hands had to use dish soap. I took pictures but it wont let me share them.

The hotel is pretty hard to find using maps. The application tells you to go up several flights of stairs which is not true. You should make a left on the street left of the flight of stairs and up the hill towards the hotel. The staff is friendly but the rooms are honestly outdated. I’m a lover of vintage but some of the curtains and carpet need to be replaced. The bathtub faucets need a good cleaning and the walls need to be filled. The prices are too high for what it is. But I did have a place to sleep and shower in so that was nice! There’s a mini fridge and I believe a microwave too.

This property had 0 things that were stated on site , no shuttle included , hot tub broken, room had electrical problems lights not working , leaking appliances or appliances hit or miss working, one bed broken. Dont stay here especially if you get stranded they will charge you more

The pictures of the the hotel are a lot different than what the hotel offers. It looks that the place is being work on. but A lot of the balconies and stairs need some work. It was not what I was expecting.
