This was our first trip to Bosnia.We were thrilled with the Samm Seher hotel and staff,not only did they provide excellent service but went out of their way to be helpful and make us comfortable during our stay .The room was small but clean. The 24hr front desk was a blessing as we got back late most nights. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was near the main attractions however it is situated on a quiet street. I would give it a 100% for being a family friendly hotel.

Очень приветливый хозяин, хорошо говорит по-английски, гостиница расположена рядом с основными достопримечательностями города, недалеко есть продуктовые магазины. Гостиница небольшая, парковку надо заказывать заранее, но рядом есть городской паркинг за 1евро в час и можно попробовать в гостинице напротив стоянки такси за 8 евро в сутки. Номер небольшой. На одной из подушек была дырявая наводочка. Дали один маленький тюбик геля для душа на двое суток на троих. На ресепшн нет утюга. Завтрак на 4. Цена за номер не соответствует качеству.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Hotel is small but the hotel staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly, willing to help you with everything, open and explain you everything what you will need! The room was nice and very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast... I have nothing to complain. Small recommendation, if you travel to Sarajevo by car, find the hotel with the parking! This hotel also provides one parking place

Guest house hotel on edge of old town

Very accommodating guest house /hotel on the edge of the old town, only a short distance from Pidgeon Square. Staff very helpful and could not do enough for us. The room we had was very nice and despite some daytime noise was blissfully quiet at night. There is a pleasant outdoor deck.

Good value for money hotel close to Old Town

Good location 2/3 minute walk from Old Town area. Exceptionally helpful owner and friendly staff. Hotel on busy road and staff moved us to quieter room. Walls fairly thin especially when young Japanese 'X Factor' duo next door have early 4am check out! [not hotel's fault I know]
