Good location, spacious room, friendly staff

The owner Suzana & Nedzad they are very exceedingly and helpful. Before our trip 3 weeks ago. I have e-mail to them to know more about the transportation in Mostar & Sarajevo, and I have tell them we will be arrival at Mostar bus station of the time. Besprijekorno iskustvo od dolaska do odlaska. Ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje, izuzetno čiste i moderno uređene sobe i veoma kvalitetan doručak. Hotel je očito novootvoreni. Dobili smo i besplatan parking u garaži, a na raspolaganju je i punjač za električna vozila. Topla preporuka za porodični i poslovni boravak.

This place wowed us. Seriously. The family that runs it is amazing! So friendly, so welcoming, and so nice. When we arrived, we were given homemade lemonade - what an awesome, personal touch :) The room was clean and wonderful. The wifi was great. And the location cannot be beat - as the other reviews have said, you're literally steps away from the old bridge and right in old town.

Friendly staff

Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!

The hotel and art/antiques are beautiful. Breakfast excellent. Location hard to beat. Staff a bit new - one sent me to the wrong floor on arrival and they did not clean my room - when I went down at 3pm to ask, was told housekeeping had left. A bit surprising.

Everything about this cute little apartment was wonderful.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of many major historical landmarks. It was also conveniently located near public transportation and directly across from a taxi stand, which was extremely useful when we needed to get to the bus station at 5:00 a.m. (taxi cost approx 5 euros on the meter). The hotel is wonderful, but be sure to ask for a room in the main house rather than the annex.

I felt right at home. The hotel hosts/staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The hotel is centrally located. Highly recommended. All-in-all a great stay :)

The hotel was brand new. well appointed without being over the top. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms. Not a bad walk to old town.

Very happy with our choice overall. PROS: location relative to the bridges. Free parking. Close to markets. Kitchen. Charming. Great communication with owner/renting company. CONS: the bedroom doesn’t have its own air conditioning unit. It has a ceiling fan. You can still use it but it’ll be a warm experience if your go on summer days.

Very nice and clean

We arrived late. Check in was very quick. Our room was very spacious, quiet, and I was able to sleep throughout both nights of our stay there. Breakfast had so much of food available. I would just love if coffee was freshly brewed filter coffee instead of Nescafé. The garage is huge, really huge. When you enter the garage just drive very slowly so you do not miss the sign "Hotel Mepas". That gets you to area "A" that is in front of the hotel elevator.
