Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks. Very convenient location in the centre of Innsbruck. Only issue is we arrived by car and our sat-nav directed us to the front of the hotel - which is a pedestrianised street with no access to the garage. The parking garage is a municipal one for the town-centre shops,and is accessed from a road behind the hotel and part of the shopping centre complex that the hotel is part off. Apart from that, the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Being in the town centre, there's plenty to see and do within easy walking distance, and lots of restaurants around too
