The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the breakfast is amazing. My friend and I stayed for 3 days, we loved the hotel. Very nice restoration of an older building with a sweet and small plunge pool. There was a sauna and spa downstairs. Nice toiletries too. Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff. Hidden Gem - Def Stay!

This is a gem of a place - five stars and lives up to the name! Very clean, luxe, and the staff is extremely generous with their time and helpful with anything you may need. Summum is a boutique hotel with only 18 rooms so you really feel like you’re the only person in the hotel. The pool on the rooftop is more like a Jacuzzi and has to be reserved in advance. This ensures you have the entire rooftop to yourself. If you’re looking for a calm & peaceful place to stay then this is it! My best friend and I loved our stay here - so much so, we stayed an extra night. 10/10 would stay here again. Big thanks to Tim, Manuel, Emma, Flora, Maria, Cindy, Pedro, and the rest of the staff for making our trip in Mallorca remarkable.
