I had a 3 problems in my room reservation which I booked through hotel.com. I was given wrong room, bathroom facility was not in all working condition and on our last day. The room door lock stopped working. And we have to wait 1 hour outside the room. And then after 1 hour, we were going another room without our personal belongs. When I raised this issue with hotel.com, they were not very helpful and did not help me at all. I would recommend everyone don't use or make any reservation through hotel.com because later on you will regret it.

The room was smelt of cigarettes. Very strong smell. The bathroom was dirty. The bath tub was leaking. The sink was not working.

Quarto com um cheiro horrível, parecia vindo do carpete. Não colocaram duas toalhas mesmo a reserva sendo para dias pessoas. Banheiro bem sujo. A cama é minúscula ela mais desconfortável que já dormi. Parece um pedaço de madeira com molas por baixo. O colchão tem um revestimento de plástico que faz com que o lençol fique escorrendo. Pedimos outro edredom para colocar por baixo e ajudar um pouco no conforto, porém não forneceram. Quando se toma banho molha tudo, pois não tem nada para secar os pés no banheiro. Não voltaria mais e não recomendo a ninguém.

The room was small but clean. Bathroom OK and the water in the shower hot. There were two very small tubes of shower gel, sufficient for one but not for two. We bought our own shampoo and toilet paper. Towels very small and no hand towel. The front desk was not very service minded. Probably on instructions from the ownership.

We stayed for two nights. Our room was basic and clean. The housekeeping staff were attentive to my needs for extra towels and hangers. The downside was that there was a lot of late night revelry coming through the very thin walls on both nights. It finally stopped at 1am. If you have an early start, as we did, then you might want to consider a quieter area. One plus was there are a number of good vegetarian Indian restaurants.

We were greeted by bugs in the room when we entered. The guy then came and sprayed bug spray but that didn’t help. There was a pillar in the middle of the room which was in the way when you get out of the bed. The hand sink in the bathroom was flooding. The guy used a screwdriver for the water to go down but that didn’t help so we couldn’t use it The makeup light in the mirror didn’t work when we tried to use it. It just kept flashing. Overall our stay there was terrible

Cheap and cheerful

The staff are lovely and cannot do enough to help, its a budget hotel so its never going to be the ritz. Of.you are looking for a cheap overnight stay its perfect. It looks like they are working on it to raise the standard. All daid i would uae this hotel again as the location is perfect for transport links and shopping and lots of food places
