Staff were really lovely and cared about me and my stay. I was able to check in early, which was a life saver! As id been travelling for a long time! Other resudents were reapectful with noise, and the sound from the bar below was easily resolved with some earplugs, so i managed some great early nights. I didnt have breakfast, but i was permitted to eat my takeaway either in my room or in the pub, they provided plates and cutlery. I will certainly book there again

Ihr wollt nicht wirklich die Bewertung! Beworbene Frühstück gegen Gebühr gibt es nicht, Pub unten drunter ist bis 1 Uhr nachts so laut das man nicht schlafen kann, wir sind nach einer Nacht geflüchtet. Hilfe von Expedia? Fehlanzeige. Gaben den Tipp ein anderes Hotel zu buchen aber helfen überhaupt nicht um eine Entschädigung zu erhalten. Geben nur Versprechungen mehr aber nicht. Antwort vom „Hotel“? Fehlanzeige. Bucht das Hotel nicht, es sei denn ihr wollt mit Party machen. Für Familie total ungeeignet. Schade um das Geld

Nice room , yes I could hear some noise from pub below, during a cup final match,but it was not a problem and did not stop sleeping and watching tv.I will stay again which says it all really .

Avoid unless you’re deaf.

Racket from over-amplified pub singers with backing tracks and shouted conversations booming up from the bar directly below my room made it impossible to sleep, watch TV, read or anything else before 1am when the last drinkers leave. I paid for 7 nights. I left after 4 very broken, tortured nights. Shame because the bed was comfortable and the decor nice enough. Bar staff very nice but powerless to do anything about the noise. The accommodation simply doesn’t work.

Pessima comunicacao. Descaso com hospede por parte do responsavel do estabelecimento. Tive grande prejuizo em decorrencia de haverem devolvidas inumeros pacotes de compras, tipo roupas casacos e presentes para o meu filho, que havia pedido para ser entregue no local em meu nome e que nao consegui reaver o valor pago. Banheiro entupiu e vazou agua de esgoto pelo quarto. Som alto incomodando o descanso ate bem tarde da noite. Pensei que fosse me diverti neste hotel, foi frustrante.
