Breakfast was very good, with a good variety rooms were in excellent condition it was more like an apartment than a hotel room with a fully functioning kitchen, washer/dryer, good size shower and very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was right on the river, short walk to the cable car and a short ride in a very cheap taxi to the metro network, would definitely go back and would highly recommend

I had a pleasant stay overall. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive, providing clear instructions in English, especially useful for guests planning to use the transfer to Disneyland. Housekeeping was excellent and very attentive to details. The airport shuttle runs perfectly on schedule, like clockwork, which makes transfers very easy. Breakfast is okay, nothing outstanding but sufficient to start the day. There is also an outlet mall about 2 km away, which is convenient for some shopping. On the downside, the location is really only convenient for the airport and Disneyland. If your plans include visiting downtown Shanghai, the hotel is quite far and commuting can be time-consuming.

Hotel has a great location for Pudong Airport and Disney with free shuttles to both, rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are polite and will always assist you, metro into the city is easily accessible by DiDi cab and costs between £3-£5 depending on type of car. Food seems to be traditional Chinese breakfast to a good standard, would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if ever in Shanghai.
