Very clean, bed was comfortable, internet worked great, the subway station (Rector station) was right in front of the hotel so that was a great plus, very kind at the front desk, did not have breakfast but it was not complimentary anyway, got free little water bottles, shampoo etc was in a larger container but cannot be easily open preventig it from being compromised which I liked, got enough towels, had ice, and wooden floor was nice and felt clean. Overall, very nice stay for two nights.
The only thing was that while trying to leave the room on the last day, the room service started knocking on the door at 10:55 on the door next to us (dude inside shouted "give me just a minute!!!"), and then at 10:58 room service knocked on our door. Checkout was 11am. Those very few minutes made me feel a bit rushed and unpleasant. Haven't experienced such a thing all my life, so it felt awkward. No room service person spoke English, but plainly spoke to me in Spanish, as if I should understand that. They were still nice, but again, felt a bit awkward.
