What a gem this place is. Our first visit to North Van. Gorgeous property on the river. Close to all the hiking trails. Our hosts were so nice and shared lots of info about the area. Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Had an incredible sleep after a day of hiking. Eggs and bacon for breakfast with fresh fruit, toast and preserves. Will stay again in future and highly recommend.

This was a short trip to visit a friend with health issues hence our choice of location BUT it's an awesome location from which to explore and we will be back for certain. The hosts were very clear with expectations and the room had its own combination lock on the door. The bed was very comfortable and we had a balcony all to ourselves. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is right on a small mountain river. We would definitely stay there again!
