Staff is the saving grace for the building. Every staff member was very professional and helpful. The room has stains on the floors, walls, lamp shades and anything that is metal was covered in rust. I stayed in room 109, first floor. I immediately smelled smoke and let front desk know the room next to mine had boisterous guests who were smoking so I could smell it. I requested a non smoking room.

The carpet outside the front door was flooded. The bottom of the door was delaminating, probably because this is a persistent issue. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable getting into it. The walls were thin and we had very noisy neighbors. It just felt very unkempt for a hotel that cost as much as it did.

Hotel lobby and elevator reeked of pot. We got into bed and both beds creaked and squeezed every time you moved which was all night. At 5:00am. They were pouring truckloads of ice into ice machine right outside our room. Very, very loud and this took quite a while. The room was basically clean. There was a line of people complaining at the front desk. Not an adequate room or hotel.
