Decu… a l arrivee on nousbfait signer obligatoirement un papier en allemand pour le respect des toilettes…???honteux mettre des toilettes a broyeur dans un etablissement de ce type et moderne c est une erreur de conception , ensuite obliger les gens a signer des papiers sans meme avoir de version en anglais honteux- personnel pas ageable et ne sourit jamais… - chambre pas d air conditionne deuxieme erreur de conception! - on vous met dans une chambre pour personne a mobilite reduite , pas evident pour nous et finalement garage le prix a augmenté de 12,5% entre la reservation et le paiement… pas correct

Gutes bis sehr gutes neueres Hotel, ruhige, dennoch zentrale Lange nahe der Innenstadt von Kempten. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslungsreicher sein, aber sicherlich ist für jeden was dabei. Im Fitnessstudio sollte das Laufband unbedingt gewartet werden, da es durchrutscht (habe ich an Rezeption weitergegeben) Ansonsten alles bestens, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass das Hotel ein Integrationsbetrieb ist. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war frisch und ausreichend, nur eine Kaffeemaschine war nicht richtig eingestellt. Außerdem haben uns die großzügigen Räume und die moderne Ausstattung begeistert. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, mit schönem Zimmer und großem Bad. Betten waren sehr bequem und alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Einzige Anmerkung von uns. Wir hätten uns mehr Obst, Tomaten und Gurken zur Selbstbedienung gewünscht. Die gab es nur fertig vorbereitet in kleinen Weckgläsern. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.
