Nice notel, new rooms and clean. Hotel staff aren't the golden standard you expect in any of the big brand hotels. But if you're patient they're nice people and actually want to help.
The one thing that almost ruined it for me, was no hot water at 4:30am as I was leaving, and having to take a cold shower. Everything up until then was great, whether room cleanliness or condition. What was slightly disappointing is when I gave the feedback in the morning to the hotel staff, what they said was "well that's because of the weather, see how cold it is?".. Which was a terrible excuse not to have hot water, and not the kind of response a guest should have, instead of saying "sorry about that experience, how can we make it up to you?".
