I stayed at this hotel while my wife was in hospital at the time ,A had a single room & it was a Lovely room with shower ,sink and toilet can be closed off with door - tv ,small desk and chair with fridge and tea & kettle facilities - was floor 3 lots stairs - though the only thing I would say is please take down about the breakfast as there isn’t options for it so little misread,but definitely lovely little room and good price - worth it

The room stank of toilet drain that you couldn’t get rid off by opening windows- otherwise was also not the cleanest room / dust and hair in the bathroom. No one around in the morning to take key back or for any other help / photos of the property are misleading how big the rooms are - or that they are offer breakfast . Which they are not . But the hotel is in a good area easy to find good cafes

I got bed bugs during my stay and management denied my request for a full refund. They also blamed me ‘taking too long to report it’ and said ‘they inspected the rooms and found no bed bugs’. I initially thought the bites were acne or allergies until I saw a bug crawling on the bed and notified reception immediately and showed them a video of the bug. What is most concerning is the fact that they appear to be in denial about the problem so this is likely to keep happening to other travellers. In addition to the beg bugs, there were multiple other things that were not as advertised. There was no breakfast, the showers had mould in them, I received a stained towel on the first night and the toiletries were insufficient. I only received one small tube of shampoo and conditioner on my first night which I had to use as hand wash and soap. Reception is in another building and was often unmanned when I attempted to address issues. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It was the opposite of relaxing and caused a lot of unnecessary stress that impacted my ability to focus at work and took up a lot of time and energy that I could have spent enjoying my stay in London.

Quarto de fato é muito pequeno, mas já estava ciente. Durante toda a hospedagem o wi-fi disponibilizado não funcionou, o que é um grande problema para turistas. Boa localização, com mercado próximo e fácil acesso a estação de metrô.

O quarto estava ótimo, bem aconchegante e exatamente como a foto. A temperatura estava ótima dentro do quarto e dentro do espaço. Não fizemos pedido de pequeno almoço, pois tem cafés bem perto e a própria estação de underground relativamente perto também, com o Gregs que têm preços acessíveis ara todos e. A rua é bastante tranquila.

It was ok, but there was smoking everywhere even though they say strictly non-smoking. The rooms are difficult to get into with luggage, and the people above us were so loud I thought they might come through the floor.

We stayed in the room by the front door and you could hear everything that happened in the street. Lots of police, ambulances and fire engines pass up and down the street. The room was tidy, but shows signs of age and is tired.
