First impressions: everything appeared just right. Almost perfect. The lobby smelled amazing and room was clean. (Didn't have to buy supplies to clean before I could relax). I actually felt comfortable enough to sleep. However, I was not satisfied with room service. There was a smudge on the bathroom floor that was not cleaned and beds were not made. But trash was put out. Finally the pool was beautiful and looked inviting but the water was freezing so we couldn't go in.
