The pictures on the hotel profile are very different from what it actually is. The shower in my room was broken and I have some hair on the bed & on the floor. Zero service and very limited food and drink options, which you can order only if a waiter comes to your room with a menu (you cannot even see a menu in advance, which is super inconvenient). I have no idea how this hotel got its 4 stars.

Chic Boutique Hotel with Great Service

When I arrived to check in, I was greeted by Danyial, the front desk clerk on duty. He was very helpful. The only thing that was inconvenient was that the hotel didn't have an ATM and nothing else nearby. Danyial helped me get a great driver for my ride to the airport. The design of the hotel was chic and sophisticated. The room and towels were new and clean. Breakfast was included and plentiful. It was located near to the airport. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff in the dining room, beautiful and clean room, modern and chic design and fantastic check in and check out. Just one suggestion, please add body lotion to the amenities. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends.

Morden and new hotel

I thought the hotel is far from the city but it is not. However, you have to take taxi or uber to the city center which only costs you about 2 USD. It located near a big main road so easy to call uber. The hotel is new and big. Room is super good and cozy. The toilet is big and comfortable. We had two good nights there. The staff are helpful. They offer money exchange for us and helped to acquire about information of 5 days immigration policy. The hotel offers some people to put souvenirs to sell. My husband bought something there and staff is very nice to help.

Comfortable and clean!

Great Hotel! I was thoroughly impressed with the room and the attitude of the employees; however the entrance of the facility could be more attractive and inviting. Also, the location is good, but not conducive to walking to the various sites. That said, I would be willing to stay there again in the future.
