Walk to the beach

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, with pool towels provided. If looking for a hotel close to the beach this is the perfect location. The beach is visible from the hotel and an easy short walk.

Owners seem to be doing a good job with what they’ve got — and the location is outstanding — but the facility is old and outdated. New carpets and much better towels would be a major improvement.

The Ludington Pier House hit all of those buttons that are desired for a good night’s stay. Easy to get too, Easy check-in, nice room; which met our needs and expectations. We found that the Pier House was quite convenient for the next leg of our journey, a ferry across Lake Michigan to Wisconsin. Our hats off to the Pier House team.

We had a room that has a narrower than normal door and hallway to the room. I had to ask to have the toilet cleaned as it had ring of deposit around the water line - I was not happy about it.

Cute old school motel right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping & sight seeing! Great customer service & a basic clean comfortable room. We would stay again!

Two towels were provided, we needed to ask for additional towels daily despite being a party of 4. One roll of toilet paper was in the room upon arrival and was not refilled by the cleaning staff. We needed to go to the office to get an additional roll once they opened for the day (8am).

We were pleased with the staff, they were friendly and helpful and seemed genuine about making sure we were happy with our stay. It was very clean and the lawn and outside area were neat and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much.
