Personen i receptionen var hjÀlpsam och mycket trevlig, men det var inte mycket han kunde eller kÀnde till i Berlin eller dylikt. Rummet var relativ ren, men sÀngen var sönder och det skapade smÀrta i min och mina vÀnners rygg. Kudden var nÀstan tom och jag samt mina vÀnner hade smÀrtor i nacken dagen efter och hade svÄrt att sova. Frukosten var inte bra.

Very well-kept with kind staff and in a good location. The shared showers make a noise that is ridiculously loud and harsh though. My friend was unable to use them due to a sound sensitivity which is not ideal for a 4-night stay. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Hotel de dépannage moins cher que la moyenne...et pour cause. Il ressemble à une résidence universitaire. Chambre austÚre, absence totale d'insonorisation, luminaire au dessus du lavabo donc peu pratique pour bouquiner. Literie de qualité médiocre. Mais trÚs propre. Personnel aux petits soins et situation proche des transports.

The only good thing about this place were the shared facilities, which are nice enough. The staff members are okay and helpful, but the beds are so old and worn down we woke up with terrible back aches every single day. The worse part was the noise. There doesn't seem to be any regulations around that. We stayed there for a while week and there wasn't a single night when we weren't woken up by various guests, regardless of bringing this up with the desk nothing was really done about it.

Das positive Vorweg: Parken ist hier 1 mit Sternchen wirklich direkt gegenĂŒber vom Hotel und das Kostenlos! Die Betten waren sauber und angenehm zu liegen, das war es dann aber auch. Die Toiletten lassen sich teilweise nicht abschließen und von Toilettenpapier war auch keine Spur, außerdem ist sauber sicherlich was anderes. Die Duschen sind verkalkt und haben teilweise dunkle Fugen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist lĂ€ngst in die Jahre gekommen und sollte lieber nicht genutzt werden wenn man sie nicht endgĂŒltig ruinieren will. Sicherlich ist jedem auch mir klar das man fĂŒr diesen Preis keine Weltwunder erwarten darf aber zumindest die Sauberkeit sollte stimmen. Ich hab hier das erste und letzte mal ĂŒbernachtet und ehrlich gesagt kann ich mir die positiven Bewertungen hier nicht erklĂ€ren.
