I had a wonderful stay in Chile because of the staff at this hotel. They let me check my bags early so I could look around the city til my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable the bed was extremely so. The staff provided maps and one even walked me to a pickup site. The hotel is nearly many sites to see and restaurants. This was a lovely little boutique hotel near many attractions. The staff there was super helpful to me holding bags, directions one even escorted me to a bus stop. They arranged cabs etc. the room as spacious and comfortable. If I had anything I would change it would be a little more variety in the hot breakfast besides eggs maybe something like waffles? But on the whole a wonderful relaxing stay. I highly recommend them.
