We had an ocean view room with a balcony. The beach was very nice. The staff at the front desk bordered on rude. The room was fine if you’re used to Mexican hotel standards—tired furnishings, poor quality bedding, no water in room, no hairdryer, only 2 bath towels and one hand towel provided, no towel bar. If the hotel was half the price it would be great. They’re getting by because of their location, definitely not their standards or service.
