AMAZING

It was amazing! My family and I went, I have 2 toddler twins and we loved it. Quiet and right on the beach. Staff was amazing I wish every experience was like this! We will definitely be making this a yearly place to come.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s a tiny, one story, 5-room beachfront motel probably built in the 1950’s. Old school! But the rooms are nicely renovated, staff super friendly and helpful, check-in and out very laid-back and easy. It is right in the beating heart of NSB, a block from Flagler and all the shops and restaurants, right on the ocean. We loved it, and we’ll be back!

Nice place to stay at the beach

Very cute place to stay for a couples getaway. The location is perfect. It’s just steps from the back patio to the beach and the outdoor area with seating was perfect. Our only complaint is the shower pressure is very weak and the water smells. Overall it was a great place to stay.

I really enjoyed stepping out of my room and walk right to the beach. I enjoyed that I never moved my car the whole time I was there because everything was within walking distance. I really enjoyed having a good AC, beach chairs available, beach towels available, and bikes to rent. What I didn't enjoy is there is not an ice machine at this location. You need to stop by a convenience store and by ice.

The Salty Mermaid is a unique hotel right in the heart of new smyrna. Comfortable beds, clean and within walking distance to all all the shops and restaurants. They also have golf carts for rent so you don’t need to go far if you need to rent one. Nice people!
