Not get refund of my deposit

I have paid deposit when I check in, but did not refund to me when I check out. Even it has passed 10 days I still have not got my deposit . I email to CASA hotel and no one reply to me. I am waiting my refund now. Please reply and return my deposit urgently.

Buena ubicación, pero no hacen la limpieza todos los días, un día dí y otro no. El aire acondicionado no se puede ajustar ni apagar, está controlado centralmente, para nosotros fue muy incómodo porque estaba muy fría la temperatura y no la podíamos modificar ni apagar

Good service, utilities need improvement

There was problem with the AC every night. The central AC kept turning off and the additional unit was either too loud or not working. I could not sleep very well. However service was very good.

Despedida

Todo muy bien, pero la cortina que daba a la calle no funcionaba, lamentable porque daba a la calle principal y nos quedamos toda la semana sin que funcione. No nos quejamos en toda la semana sobre este tema, pero cuando fui a pedir poder quedarnos el día que nos íbamos hasta las 16 hs, nos negaron y la única opción era pagando. Lamentablemente no creo volver luego de dos estadías consecutivas.

The property was noisy, and elevator was out. Hauling the luggage up the stairs was very cumbersome. Noisy. However, the location is spectacular.

Stayed here for the weekend got the balcony room. Was kinda disappointed on how nasty some of the room was. The bed was comfty but the sheets were rough and scratchy like no fabric softener is used.The shower was dirty in all the corners and wall like they didnt deep clean it properly in weeks. My partner and i were not comfortable showering barefoot so i used sandals to shower! Yeah it was that bad. The tile on the bathroom floor was black which was really wierd and off, you can tell they changed it but tried to conceal the fact that they dont clean well so they chose black tile!? You could still see it was dirty though. The bathroom floor behind the toillette was dirty and had hair. The carpet was beyond nasty!!! I get carpets arent perfect with the amount of foot traffic in the rooms but this was unacceptable it was even lifting on some corners of the panels. Soiled and lots of stains also made the room smell wet and moldy. The sink was squirting water to the side from the faucet so had to run it with a slow stream. By the elevator smelled horrible like hot garbage everytime we used it. I get its an old building but these are things that could be avoided. The staff was really nice and it was close to everything . No parking but there is a garage 2 blocks down that is $20 a day.

Great, helpful staff. The room was a good value for the price. There are some maintenance and cleaning issues that could be improved. Overall a good value in a great location.
