Best hostal in Brisbane

Amazing staff, beautiful rooftop views, spacious rooms, easy free parking. I would recommend posting signs requiring guests to clean up after partying. Each morning the staff would pickup rubbish and empty bottles and cans. Yes, the hostal have rubbish and recycling bins easily accessible, yet some guests failed to use them

Good place to stay

Good stay for 2 nights. Booked mainly for proximity to Roma street station. Was also walking distance to south bank parklands which was nice. The hostel itself was pretty decent and the staff were great. The rooftop area was beautiful. As far as hostels go this is pretty good.

Maybe its unfair to this hostel that the ones i stayed in immediately before and after were very nice but this was.... not so much. Old school hostel with a kitchen that was always dirty no matter what time or day i tried to use it, toilets were clean enough but no sanitary bins (just small bins / trash cans with no lid which is a bit gross if you ask me) and were both genders which is fine just unexpected. Nice view from the roof and friendly staff though!

The property itself was fun , clean and overall friendly vibe. The bathrooms were surprisingly very clean considering how many people were to 2 toilets and 2 showers. The bedroom i booked had 6 bunks and an aircon ( though I couldn’t feel it at all) neither could the others in the room I suppose because they left the windows open at night for cool air. The room was really hot . I was luckily able to get 6 hours sleep but by 4:45 when the sun was beaming through the room again I was awake . Too hot . Comfortable bunk considering

部屋やベッドは比較的広かったですが、部屋に入った瞬間カビと埃臭く、長期滞在している同室の宿泊者が荷物を散らかしている為、決して長居をしたいとは思えなかったです。しかもWi-Fiも有料です。 "パリピ"な宿泊者が多く、親切でフレンドリーな方も多いですが、日によっては夜遅くまで非常に騒がしく、部屋まで音楽や声が響きます。また、明らかにドラッグ服用をしている宿泊者も多く、気持ちの良いものではありません。 共有エリアについては、トイレなどは綺麗だと思います。キッチンも広かったです。ただキッチン横のフリースペースはあまり綺麗ではありませんでした。 朝8:00-10:00にキッチンに行くと朝の軽食をもらうことができます。しかしお皿を借りるには＄10のデポジットが必要で、かつそれらをチェックアウトの時まで自分でキープしておかなければいけないということで、面倒な仕組みだと思いました。 スタッフさんの対応は比較的親切でした。ブランケットも貸してくれましたし、チェックアウトの後、しばらく荷物を預かってくれました。 7人部屋を予約したのに、実際に通されたのが6人部屋でした。逆ではないのでまあいいのですが、、結構いい加減なのだなという印象を抱きます。 総合的には、あまり宿泊はおすすめできません。

Thanks, but NO thanks.

We stayed here for 3 nights. If you like to party all night- every day, this is something for you, and the shared bathroom was dirty.. It felt like there were no rules. When we woke up and wanted to eat breakfast outdoor the garbage from the party was all over and there were broken glasses. And druk people was sleeping outside. We couldn't sleep much because people was partying outside and inside the building. And they were screaming and running in the hallway.

Für Junge reisende/ Backpacker mit Unterhaltung

Wir haben dieses Hostel für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir spät am Abend am Flughafen angekommen sind undam nächsten morgen weiter gereist sind. Das hotel ist ca.30min vom Flughafen entfernt und kann gut mit dem Zug erreicht werden. Vom Flughafen hin haben wir das Taxi genommen, zurück den Zug. Das Hostel hat lange oder so gar 24h die Rezeption offen. Es war unser 1. Hostel in Australien. Wir haben ein 2er-Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig. Die Gemeinschaftsdusche + WC wird laut beschrieb 2xtäglich gereinigt. Ich habe stets eine saubere Dusche und WC angetroffen. Im Hostel wird jeden Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm angeboten und es hat in eigenes Pub. Für Junge Backpacker die gerne Party machen sicher eine gute wahl. Um 24.00uhr ist jedoch Programmende und das Pub schliesst. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Küche haben wir nicht benötigt, daher kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Für Junge reisende oder Backpacker zu empfehlen. Es hat in der gleichen Strasse auch noch andere Hostels.
