The apartment was clean, spacious, well located, equipped with new furnishings, along with a well equipped kitchen. Location was ideal, easy to visit various historical sites. The host even provided a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. How great is that!

I'm rating this with 3 stars after I had to deal with a blackout of several hours (only the unit was involved, meaning it was not a general blackout), during our first 2 days. The stay was comfortable and very well located. The entire apartment was very clean and kitchen was well set with everything. What it could be improved? some furniture is not in very good shape, and it would be good idea to change them (not big investment at all) Other than that i would recommend them for staying at PORTO.

The receptionist Beatriz was awesome, the place is well situated for everything. Some sketchy characters were hanging around outside the place sometimes. It’s in full public view so no problem. Early check in is a bit difficult but you can leave luggage at the office 15 min walk away or wait until 4 and use a locker at the train station which is 1 min walk

We were given wrong address for the property. The address shown on Expedia reservation was 322 and we waited till 4;00pm for the code to enter the building. But the code came with a different address. We had to drag our 5 bags on a very steep street to get to the apartment. The first level apartment had the entrance on a very noisy street. People walking right outside our apartment till past midnight. Was not able to sleep till 1:00am. The apartment itself was very clean and good condition.
