The apartment was AMAZING and in a super convenient spot, definitely would stay there again! The only issue I had was they didn’t respond to my request for a late check-in until I went to hotels.com and then it was 40 euro for the late check-in.

This apartment was amazing. Very spacious, clean, excellent location, quiet, and safe. We loved it. Only thing was upstairs sink would not drain so we used the bathroom downstairs. We would highly recommend this place. Lorenzo greeted us at the door to show us everything and was very helpful. We were able to store our luggage on our last day with them as well.

Nothing works inside this apartment. -Washer and Dryer. It takes 6 hours one load to wash and dry and the dryer does not dry. -AC units do not work and management knows it. Italy is over 100 degrees and the place is an oven. I brought it to their attention and they only gave me an extra fan. I wanted a place where I was able to rest in the afternoon and escape the heat, but inside the apartment is hotter than outside. You need to sleep with the fan on your face. -The beds are terrible. Old and hard, the sofa bed is for a little kid or you will feel the metal when you try to sleep. They expect you to bring to your vacation trash bags, shampoo, etc. You have to take out the trash and they did not provide any trash bags. There is a market every other day outside the building. Once you are in Italy you can get better properties or hotels for a cheaper price.

il residence si trova nella strada del mercato di San Lorenzo a due passi dal Duomo ed è, quindi, in pieno centro. Abbiamo soggiornato nel mini appartamento Vittoria, costituito da una stanza con letto alla francese, scrivania e 2 sedie, angolo cottura nuovo e fornito anche di microonde e bollitore. Il bagno, pulito, fornito di phon e comoda doccia. L'appartamento dà nella chiostrina e risulta silenzioso

Great little terrace in the heart of Florence!

Great location, great terrace, had very heavy rain and were shocked to see it coming from the ceiling and window joints! Make sure you use mosquito spray in apartment - both kids bitten quite badly!

The location was good, though surrounded by construction. The amenities and room overall were underwhelming. WiFi didn't work well, we were better off hotspotting and the AC barely functioned.

Do not check in on a Sunday if possible. There is no front desk on Sunday’s. We just happened to find a guy working in the laundry room and he was able to give us our key. Room size is good, we had an amazing view. Sheets did not seem very cleanly though/smelled kind of funny. We ended up washing the blanket there in the laundry room. If you plan on using the washing machine you’re going to need to air dry your clothes in your room. The dryer takes multiple times to dry your clothes and even then, does not dry them all the way. The location is wonderful and very central and to everything, can walk everywhere. There was also construction going on right outside, so don’t plan on sleeping in past 0900 or the construction will wake you up!

Mi apartamento nada tenía que ver con las fotos y puntuación otorgada en la web. Cama encajonada entre puerta y pared. Muy pequeña para ser doble. Sin opción a mesita de noche. Descuidado y sucio. Con polvo de semanas. Baño pequeñísimo con ducha directamente al suelo. Sin plato ducha. Humedades , paredes sucias. Un chico muy amable trató de solventar nuestra disconformidad y nos dio un estudio. Pero yo había pagado por un apartamento , no por un estudio. Aunque nos rebajaron 30 eur del total. No se merece la puntuación de la web. Al menos nuestro apartamento no. Eso si, Ubicación fantástica

Está muy bien situada para hacer turismo, muy céntrica, cerca de la estación de trenes Santa Maria Novella, al lado del Mercado Central y del Duomo. Las habitaciones tienen cocina y están bien equipadas y limpias. La zona es un poco ruidosa debido a que es muy traficada pero la ubicación lo compensa. Es muy recomendable.

Construction in the area and building not pleasant. Walking distance to all attractions but the street itself is ugly ( not unsafe) but there’s a market on that street and it smells bad. The property is fine, nothing luxurious. Contact was very kind and helpful.

This apartment hotel is located right next to the Mercato Centrale and Leather market, a 10 minute walk to the train station and Duomo. The 2 bedroom apartment could easily sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The bathroom was reasonable in size and cleanliness. The beds were not comfortable, no blankets, just top sheets and bed spreads. Windows have no screens and bugs (mosquitoes) came in during the night. The hotel management was never on site. During our five night stay the apartment was not cleaned once. Only when I happened to see housekeeping staff on our 4th day could request additional rolls of toilet paper. Is this considered limited housekeeping?
