Horrible check-in - we were given the incorrect room code and then the next night our entrance code to the property was invalid. Thankfully we were able to get a result (accurate codes) thru hotels.com since the property didn’t answer either phone line.

It was easy to follow the directions sent to get in and obtain a key. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay for sure.

Good location for driving into the city, free parking, and clean. We appreciated having a small kitchen to prepare our own food, with dishes and cutlery provided. Check in was smooth but it was hard to get sheets and pillowcases for the sofa bed (they were not in our room upon arrival and we had to go find them ourselves on another floor). No blackout curtains - the curtains are red so the best you get is a red-tinted light. The room was extremely hot and humid despite the cool temperatures outside. We couldn’t open the window because it was basically a door that opened onto the roof, which would have been very unsafe for our young daughter. The water smells like sulphur, which is not an issue we encountered in the other accommodations we stayed in in Reykjavík. Overall, this apartment was acceptable, but we would not stay here again.

Wonderful

Great apartment! Spacious with large windows and blackout curtains. With fully equipped kitchen that was very convenient. Supermarket across the street. The bed and even unfoldable couch were super comfortable. About 15 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. It was easy to communicate with management throughout texting. I would definitely stay there again

It was located in a good location. Bonus and a bakery are walkable. The apartment is efficient and very comfortable. There is a cafe next to the property. About 10 minutes to downtown and 45 from the airport. Staff is very accommodating. We loved seeing the horses across the way as well as a view of the lake.
