Hotel is in a very convenient location to restaurants and downtown. Hotel was clean, but dated. However, the hotel does not have elevator service to all levels and is built into a hill. We had to carry all of our luggage, and breakfast every morning, up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is complimentary but must be taken back to your room. If you have difficulty with stairs this is not a good choice, unless hotel will guarantee you are on first or second floor on building 1 or 2.

We had the most incredible stay at The Pointe Hotel and Suites! The very first thing that blew us away was the breathtaking lake view right from the property—waking up to the water every morning was pure bliss. The entire place is super clean, well-maintained, and incredibly quiet, making it the perfect spot to truly unwind. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was so genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. On top of all that, the location is unbeatable. It is an easy, beautiful walk straight into town, meaning you are close to absolutely everything Minocqua has to offer while still getting that peaceful, secluded resort feel. We will definitely be back!
