Staff are lovely. Room was very noisy from road traffic, TV is the smallest i have seen since the 1980's and had very poor reception. Bed for me was like sleeping on a brick and the bathroom light just flickered. After saying that the room was not over priced.

Looking at the amount of 10/10 reviews on here I can only guess that most of them aren’t genuine. Rooms are acceptable but not great. Carpet and furnishings are well worn. The bed was two singles pushed together with a double sheet over the top. Very uncomfortable. Room was very noisy from the road outside. Tea, coffee and two bottles of water supplied in the room which is good. Breakfast was nice. I stayed in room 3. I would suggest asking for a room furthest from the road.
