所租的兩房單位，面對一流海景，面積寬敞，佈置齊全，並有各種廚房用品，方便簡單煮食。接待人員有禮，又願意幫忙。四圍環境舒適寧靜。鄰近地鐵站，只需5分鐘路程，三間超市，方便購買雜物。附近也有數種不同餐飲選擇。若有機會再與朋友或家人到訪哥本哈根，這間酒店仍是首選。

A hotel located in a cenvenience place

This is my 2nd visit of STAY Seaport. I experienced the change of Copenhagen, especially where the location of the hotel is. When I 1st came here, there is no Metro connected to, no other supermarket but only Netto, no building in front on the hotel. It changed a lot. I can find many restaurants to fulfil my stomach. There is a pier at Orientkaj that is 10mins walk to the hotel. I can go back to the hotel easily by taking the ship after paying a visit to the Little Mermaid. There is a lot of choices of welcome drinks, which I think it is very good. The staff is very helpful, always give me a big hand on my query. I would like to say that the lady at the reception is very good but I did not ask for her name. When I ask where I can I find the post box to send my postcards, she tried the best of her to find me the post box at Ostbanegade 120. Although I cannot find it at that location, I really appreciate her effort to help me. I would like to give her a big thank you. For the apartment itself, I have some comments: 1. better prepare some knives and forks for us. 2. the shower is damaged before I moved in. 3. The tripod of the TV is quite close to the dinning table. People can easy kick on it and make some damage. 4. The shower oil and shampoo are very good. 5. The dinning table is very good. I can chat with my wife whiling she is making dinner.

房間非常寬敞，設施亦很齊全，有廚房和洗衣機，樓下亦有gym。可惜洗衣機門常打不開，但其中一位員工非常熱心幫忙，問題也得以解決。只是他不在的時候，其他員工不懂怎麼協助，承諾明天會有技工解決，但洗衣機門依然打不開，也沒有交代有沒有人來整過，或是有其他原因所以未能解決。住在這裏大致上都非常愉快，只是這個問題上，覺得員工向我們交代一聲會比較好。

One apartment in 2 floors

The hotel is located near the water side and having a wonderful view. We take the Google Map advise to find the hotel. So we turn right when we leave the Nordhavn Station. After we take the 2nd right turn to the road towards the hotel, the road there were under construction. It is quite hard for us to bring the luggage to go through. On the other day we walk around there, we found that we can take the left turn when we leave the station towards the hotel. Although it is a bit far, the road is much easier to come across. We booked a 2-room apartment which were located at 2/F. The living room, dinning room, kitchen and a washroom were located at 2/F. Bedrooms and another washroom were located at 1/F where we can take some steps down inside the flat. Maybe we lived at a lower floor, the people walked around and talked a bit loud, it may affect us even it is in a mid-night. Overall, still good.

酒店怎樣好，也不能彌補無禮的員工

前台唯一的男員工十分傲慢和無禮，當我第二次跟女員工查詢可否調房的時間，他跟女員工指手畫腳，用口形說我們很麻煩，他明顯愚蠢到以為我沒有看見。 當我CHECK-OUT時看見他坐在一角，我禮貌地跟他說聲再見，我注意到他沒有帶耳機，但他依然沒有理睬我。 房間很多塵，殘舊程度不似是只經營了7個月的酒店。

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im STAY Seaport. Wir bekamen als Upgrade eine größere Wohnung, was natürlich toll war. Der Meerblick ist unschlagbar, die Umgebung traumhaft, es gibt ein öffentliches Strandbad, in dem auch im Oktober noch gebadet wird. Zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind unmittelbar nebenan. Das Parkhaus auch zu akzeptablen Preisen. Anschluss hat man in die Stadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Wasserbus) oder mit dem Leihradl. Wunderbares, aufstrebendes neues Viertel. Direkt am Hotel KEINE Baustelle mehr.

This is a very nice property with a great harbor view. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and they are there until 10pm to assist you. The check in and out process is very easy. Grocery store is right across the street and a Metro station wirhin 10 minutes of walking distance. It is about 15 min from the city center. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this place for families traveling in Copenhagen.
