Good size rooms in a new build hotel. A bit of a rabbit Warren if you’re in the higher numbered rooms on each floor, but the rooms are big for a Sydney hotel.
The staff is without exception rude. No pleasantries, no-one smiles, they were literally rude when I asked for my room key to be rescanned as it had stopped working. This isn’t unusual, it happens all the time - I don’t expect to have to wait 5 minutes for it to be done (no one at the desk, when they eventually came out of the office took forever to do it.)
A dirty sheet left on the floor in the corner of the room was still there for the entirety of my stay, despite me alerting the front desk, and my room being made up by housekeeping after the first night.
