The valet was horrible during check in. Definitely needs different staggered check in times. Very chaotic and rude at times. Not in walking distance to the boardwalk. Not very kid friendly. Not a lot in proximity to do. Room was clean. Beach was clean.

Our reservation was booked thru expedia. Property only offered Valet Parking and was a fee. Common areas of the property were well kept and clean but our unit was disgusting. I’m not sure the floors have ever been washed. There were substances splattered on walls, closet doors and lamp shades. The sheets were thin and tattered as were the mis matched thin bath towels (only one per guest). Bed blanket was stained. What is in the unit is all you get. So you get one roll of toilet tissue and one bag for each trash can. If you need anything else you have to go buy it. My husband got sick with the chills and they couldn’t give me a blanket, was told I would have to call Expedia for that! Front staff was ignorant and very unwelcoming. Valet guys were the only friendly staff! We won’t be back…

Good: beach access, pool, view from balcony, comfortable mattress, young gentlemen at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Bad: very slow elevators that stops often, rooms are dirty, bathrooms are gross, kitchen is not equipped well, slow internet, resort fees are high, drinks at the pool's bar are very expensive... Be aware, tip is always included and you cannot bring your own drinks from outside.

The 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo we rented wasn't prepared for new guests. Hair all over the floor, unwashed dishes, molded showers, dirty floors, toilets and windows. Worst experince ever. When addressed the issue to the building they simply offered house keeping next day. Family and I didn’t feel comfortable to have anyone over after accommodation. The elevators were total nightmare. Waiting everytime 10-15 minutes (longest wait time reached 22 minutes) to get from 27th floor to the Lobby was unacceptable! DISASTER The pool hours are different from the ones published on the web site. Definitely won't be back again!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay! The lobby was beautiful. The room was great, a little unclean, but great. The beach was easy to access. The pool was nice, a little not kid friendly, but nice. Yes the elevator took forever and the valet was slow but I understand that. It was no problem for us! Only thing that I would say we didn’t like was how expensive everything was.

The apartament that I’ve booked was for 4 people but the suite they gave us is only for 3 people it’s means that we had to sleep 3 people in one queen bed and the sofa is just for 1 person, it’s terrible. Bad experience, information in not trustable

I’m being nice here and trying to help this hotel. Had to buy own toilet paper and wash towels all week. No maid service. Had to fix tv. No service. Security interrogating people at beach and pool lots of arguing. No main bar in lobby to congregate. You’ll need to Uber or drive everywhere. As one guest put it “you’ll spend half your trip in the elevator” unfortunate he was right as only one elevator for 40 floors and 400 rooms! Service non existent, asked for bikes and clerk said look outside somewhere. If I owned this business I’d be strongly watching the manager of the hotel as something is wrong here. I thought Hyde was a good brand?

Great spot, my only concern was the bed was a little soft for me, shower was excellent, bathroom lighting was not the best.. for doing your makeup Busy both on the pool deck and beach.. but as advertised you have chairs and umbrellas whenever you ask

Front desk quite unwelcoming and rude. As soon as we arrived, you are faced with a stressful vibe, there was confusion as we were renting in the residence but the black lady on the hotel frontdesk side(sorry can’t remember her name) was quite unpleasant and was irritated that we didn’t know where to stand, which is a desk next to it that says Owners 🙃 We were then given access to the condo for 4pm checkin, but to our surprise the cleaning lady was still there and asked us for an extra 30min, claiming they only notified her to clean the unit around 3pm. I noticed people working there quite unhappy and miserable, which unfortunately affects your mood and experience. In the other hand, location, pool, everything else was great. They need to invest in hiring better.

El Hotel es nuevo, pero tiene muchos detalles de mala calidad. Estuve en una unidad cuyas ventanas no cerraban bien, la limpieza era muy mala, los herrajes, utensilios de cocina y baño están oxidados, los televisores viejos y de los peores. La sábana y almohadas con olor a viejo, sucio y mal oliente Higiene de la unidad muy mala. Me queje y me dijeron que me vaya otro lugar y devolvían el dinero. O sea que vas a un 4 estrellas, para buscarte allí otro. El proprerty manager muy mala atención. No lo recomiendo.
