Fantastic Holiday!

Fantastic service always welcoming and happy to help. Specially all the chefs on the first day we struggled with food options as we are strict vegetarians and don’t eat any seafood. We mentioned the fact that we were struggling and the next morning the chef had created a special veg menu for us. All the staff made our 10 day holiday extra special. The hotel accommodation consists of villas, the one we stayed in is two-story and very large, also each villa has its own garden and pool, the quality of the rooms and cleaning is very good. Also since the hotel has a large area, they provide transportation quickly with golf carts. The quality of the staff is very high in every area, respectful and clean, Mai at the reception quickly answered our questions and we thank her. The negative side may be due to the season, although the beach is wonderful, we could not go into the sea due to the wind and waves. The kitchen menu is generally the same and insufficient. But it is a very good hotel especially for large families, I recommend it

Beachfront is nice!

It's a massive complex of individual villas. Ours was a 3-bedroom that had a private pool in the back, then a grassy area, then... the beach. Absolutely stunning, highly recommend. The place was spotless, very clean. And very comfortable, it accommodated our group of 7 with no issues. You get around either with a "tuk tuk" (large golf cart with seating for ~12) or by walking. There are a few restaurants on the property, in descending order of quality: the beach club (good Vietnamese food), then the Level Lounge (made to order breakfast was nice), then the buffet restaurant in the lobby (avoid at all costs). They got everything else so right, I don't understand how they got the buffet so wrong. So net, I would invest in being close to the Club and on the beach to maximize enjoyment of your stay. Go to the Club and the Lounge for meals and just avoid the rest of the resort, you won't regret it.

1. Location The hotel is located near the airport, away from the city center. While it offers a quiet atmosphere, the downside is that traveling to the main city area is quite time-consuming and inconvenient. 2. Room Condition The overall room condition was acceptable, but there was a recurring issue with ants. Ants kept crawling in through the gap under the door, forcing me to clean the floor myself several times. 3. Major Issues with Service and Maintenance I experienced significant trouble with the room door lock from the very first day. Despite reporting it, the issue wasn't resolved until the next morning after multiple follow-ups. Frustratingly, the exact same problem occurred again on the 5th day. Furthermore, during my late checkout, the reception was completely unreachable by phone starting from 3 PM. I couldn't even call a buggy, so I had to wait with my luggage for 40 minutes until a staff member finally passed by. The lack of communication was unacceptable. 4. Breakfast and Facilities (The Level Benefits) I had "The Level" benefits, which allowed dining at various locations, but the food quality was disappointing except for dinner. Because I checked in late (around 11:50 PM), the staff did not provide any detailed explanation of the facilities or a map. Unlike many other guests, I wasn't assigned a dedicated staff member for KakaoTalk support, so I had to find all the information on my own. Best family trip ever! We reserved 'The Level 3-bedroom Villa Ocean View' and enjoyed our stay a lot! It is ideal for a family vacation as it is easily accessible from the airport(13-14 minutes by car) and easy to get to downtown Nha Trang. The villa was spacious enough for our family of five to stay, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant time. Each villa has its own private pool, and there is also a large main pool in front of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming everyday and also played pickleball at the pickleball court inside the tennis court. You can also rent a bike for free for one hour, and you can easily get around the property by taking a tuk-tuk, which runs 24 hours a day. The high-quality breakfast served in the Level Lounge overlooking the lake was one of the most impressive parts. The food at the restaurant in the main building and the restaurant by the pool was also excellent! The spa experience I had with my two daughters was also amazing. We took a taxi or Grab in front of the lobby, which is always waiting, to go to downtown Nha Trang and enjoyed shopping and sightseeing, and we also enjoyed local cafes near the hotel. All the staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. We would love to come again!

We would like to thank the receptionist who was considerate of us when it was raining heavily when we checked in. And we would like to thank the female manager who kindly handled our slightly tricky room service order. I am very sorry that I cannot remember her name. She personally took the order and served us and was very friendly to us. We had a satisfying family dinner with room service food that suited our taste. I think I saw her briefly when we had breakfast at the main restaurant in the lobby. In conclusion, we made good memories at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort and returned home. However, there seems to be a problem that needs to be improved as it took a long time to call the tuk-tuk, the transportation within the resort. I wanted to have a cocktail at The Level Lounge, located at the end of the lake on the left when looking at the lobby, but we were unable to go due to lack of time, which was a bit disappointing. Ah...I just looked it up and the receipt says Linh Pham Thi Hong. If that's you, then thank you again.

I recently stayed at this resort for a 5-night trip, and I must commend Lam for his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived and were whisked away in a tuk-tuk cart, Lam was attentive to our family’s needs, consistently available via KakaoTalk messenger from morning till evening. His care made navigating the resort seamless, ensuring we enjoyed the buggy rides, the swimming pool, and the private beach, all of which were perfect. Whenever we reported issues, such as the bathroom door malfunction or the swimming pool lights, the response was impressively swift and efficient, adding to our overall satisfaction. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness under the beds and behind the sofas was not up to the mark, and the breakfast, while adequate, lacked variety and did not meet the exceptional standards set by other services. Additionally, while we were aware of the distance from the city, the requirement to reserve shuttles for travel was somewhat inconvenient. Overall, our stay was delightful, largely due to Lam's dedication and the beautiful facilities. The resort’s prompt service response and the meticulous attention to ensuring guest comfort have certainly set a high standard, making this a memorable vacation.
