A very nice hotel. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. He explained everything regarding the hotel in an excellent way. The building, rooms and facilities are in really good shape. The hotel was clean and very modern. The room had AC. Breakfast was absolutely top notch. Very rich and kept very fresh all times. Hotel has it's own parking lot if the parking on the street are full. Really worth a stay

The hotel is huge. To get to your room requires quite some walking in long corridors and then wait for the elevator which is small. It is interesting how they provide only one room key to a group of five people. The management should think of offering guests more than one room key. Our appartment had two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. There was only one air conditioner that was placed in the living room which made it very inconvenient for the two bedrooms to get cooled down. It was very hot in July. The fridge was not working, it was not cooling down the drinks that we kept there. We called reception to tell them, but they didn't do much. Plus, some staff didn't speak sufficient English. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking is free. The hotel is far from the historic center so you need to drive.

Merhabalar. Öncelikle daha önce Alan Suits de ailece konakladık ve son derece memnun kaldık. Bu nedenle tekrar kalmak için burayı seçtik. Son konaklamamızda odamız temiz, geniş ve refahtı. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Ancak odamız yola bakan tarafta idi ve yoldan geçen araçlar odanın içinden geçiyor gibiydi. Tüm gece sürekli araç sesi ve gürültüsü duyduk uyuyamadık, dinlenemedik. Uykusuz kaldık. Hotelde konaklamamızın temel nedeni Edirne'de düzenlenen yüzme yarışlarına katılmaktı. Pazar günü yapılan yarışmalara dinç ve zinde katılmaktı. Bunu araçların gürültüsü nedeniyle gerçekleştiremedik. Pencereden gelen sesin izole edilmesi gerekmektedir. Önlem almanızı rica ederiz. Bunun dışında personel son derece kibar ve yardımseverdi. Otel personeline 10 üzerinden 10 puan veriyorum. Odaların temizliğine de 10 üzerinden 10 puan veriyorum. Otelin kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Otelin altındaki restaurant son derece lezzetli ve güzeldi.

Oda gayet temiz. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği gayet güzel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü herkes yardımsever. Sadece kaldığımız oda yola yakın olduğu için sesten uyuyamadık. Ses yalıtımı biraz eski veya kapı pencereyi iyice örtmeme rağmen geldiği için muhtemelen menteşelerde sorun vardı. Onun haricinde herşey çok güzeldi.
