Booked this hotel due to its location to the USA Embassy. 10 minute walk. Booked a basic room in the basement with no window for a very reasonable price. Room was actually larger than we expected. Very clean and had been recently decorated. Shower water lovely and warm. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us leave our bags while we attended the Embassy. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a 10-minute wall from Nine Elms Tube Station and a 2-minute walk from a bus route (easy to get to Brixton for the Gig we were seeing). Reception staff were very professional. The hotel amenities were good. Room 22, that we were in, was in the roof space and small - I had to shuffle/side-step to get in/out of bed and be careful not to bang my head on the sloping ceiling! There was no natural light as the only window was very high up with curtains drawn (inaccessible) and we couldn't get the air con to work when it got quite stuffy/warm in the room - that said, the Room was still decent, with everything we needed, for our 1 night stay and we could have called Reception for air con advice if we were staying longer. Breakfast was good.

I had room 5. Very compact. But has enough room for everything to slot into place. Staff were lovely. Steamless mirror which is great!. Only thing I'd mention is the carpet needs a bit of a deeper clean. But I understand as there's not much square footage. Small things. The key card slot to switch on lights needs a bit longer when exiting the room and need fixing on better as it fell off. Lastly the iron and ironing board needs a bit of newer one as it leaks and the board is quite difficult to put up. Apart from that. Everything else was spotless, lovely and comfy
