This was indeed a home from home, so much better for us than a hotel - nice touches to leave milk, salt and pepper and oil for cooking. The apartment was spotless, super comfortable and the secure entry meant that I felt very at ease there while my husband was at work. We were also able to check out a bit later which was so helpful. The apartment was well equipped and met our need and expectations to have a small apartment with all necessities for 2 adult and 2 teenagers. Nice decorated and overall clean although a deeper cleaning would be needed. Communication went overall good with great help to get an early check in and to leave our luggage. The luggage room is though only 4 small cabinets and 2 bigger ones for the whole building so not enough to store 4 proper size suitcases.

Great apart hotel in the middle of London

Little noisy being so close to Farringdon station, but apart from that it’s a great location, lots of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Rooms were great, well maintained, clean and spacious. Only one tube stop from kings Cross makes it easy to get to. Had a slight issue getting my access codes but was sorted extremely efficiently by calling the helpline.

We loved staying here! I was a little worried about staying in a place without a front desk, but our questions via were answered via Whatsapp almost immediately. The apartment was well stocked, and guests are able to get extra towels and things from the basement laundry room (two washers and two dryers -- very handy!). Beds (main and sofa) were comfy, toiletries were nice, and towels were oversized and soft. Good air conditioning too (it was not hot, but we had some sunny days that warmed up). Overall, this was a really luxurious stay with all the amenities we could ask for. Excellent transport links. Our room was quiet and we were not facing the train station. Really hope we will be back sooner than later!

Rooms are really small for the price. “Closet” is right next to bed so the door hits the mattress when it opens hard to access your things. Entrance is around the corner from the listed address on cobbled street with no vehicle access or sign or instructions saying the entrance was around the corner, . There are better places in the area for less money

Highly recommend for a family traveling with older kids. Check-in was so smooth and simple. The flat was beautifully clean and well maintained. Like having a hotel room inside Farringdon station! The noise from the train station is constant, i had a bathroom window slightly open because the towel rail was stuck on so the room was too hot. The noise from trains and announcements made it hard to relax and sleep. My room was at the back of the building, there are 2 rooms that overlook the station at the front. The price i paid was decent value for the location on a Monday but i looked again for this Tuesday and its more expensive than a 5* hotel which is crazy money for such a noisy apartment. I probably wouldn't stay again unless the price is low

Great little pad

The apartment is lovely. One thing I would change would be the sofa. It’s really not very comfortable to sit on. Lovely location, amenities perfect shower and a comfy bed.
