Lovely accomodations

Lovely, inviting space once in the B&B. Could have used better directions in finding the entrance (street number is hard to find and name of B&B is on the inside of the building). And interior of building looks a bit “tired” compared to the high quality of the B&B space itself.

Great room but a bit hard to find! I used Hotes.com but the address is off by “2.” There is a small sign on an inside wall that does have the name of the hotel/B&B though.

The newly renovated, contemporary design facility occupied the first floor of a multi-purpose building in an excellent location. The manager Daniel was a marvelous host. And the breakfast at the nearby McDonalds was an automated hoot.

I was very happy with my 4-day stay. My room was small (but I knew that when I selected the room) but clean and up-to-date. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to make it clear in the listing that there are two different B&B locations, a few blocks from each other. My taxi driver delivered me to the correct one, but I could just as easily gone to the wrong one.

Just be aware that they are not available at all times when you arrive. We let them know the time we would arrive but still had to wait 30 minutes at the front door until he arrived to let us in. Once in the room, it was very large, clean and comfortable

The property is on the first floor of an old building. The building entrance would need an upgrade. The staff is very professional. The rooms would need soundproofing as you hear when other guest arrive or take a shower. Location is excellent between the old city and the modern city. The breakfast is at a bar on the street. We had focaccia and coffee everyday as it was delicious. Overall is an excellent value for the price.

Not for light sleepers, alot of noise depending

I stayed here for two days. One thing that is not mentioned is that the superior room with the balcony is located right by the entrance where you can hear everyone come in and out and even someones phone ringing thats how light the walls are. Another thing was that there was construction going on in a neighboring store and when I went to go take a nap I could not because of the machine that was drilling through the floor - with that being said if you are not a light sleeper none of this will affect you. But if you are, stay away. The staff nonetheless were very kind.

There is 2 different buildings!! Make sure to specify if you are more than 2 booking rooms. Me and my friend were separate which was not convenient. The 2 buildings are about 5 min walk away. They are on pedestrian street and the parking is about 5 min away also. There was no breakfast but I nice little shared kitchen with a microwave, oven and all the essential if you wanted to cook in our building. It was in a gated building with a 24hr security guard. Also another surprise for us was the price of the parking. We were told it was 25$ per car per day but we paid 30$ because we apparently had “big” cars (Audi Q2 and Mercedes E220d). But otherwise the place was nice and clean, the staff was super kind and well located!

We stayed for 7 nights at B&B Incentro in Palermo. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival, one of the staff members even texted us to guide us from the airport to the accommodation, which was a thoughtful gesture. Once we arrived, we were informed that our breakfast would be served at a bar just 50 meters away from the accommodation. Having breakfast at a bar is not unusual in Sicily, but what surprised us was that we were allowed to have only one sweet pastry with a drink. While this might be acceptable for many people, we found it challenging, and we mostly skipped the breakfast, opting for just a tea or coffee instead. For those seeking a more "conventional" breakfast with eggs, fruits and savory options, we would not recommend booking the accommodation with breakfast included. Aside from the breakfast situation, we were very pleased with the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent with adjustable settings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at B&B Incentro in Palermo.

Bien mais pas pour nous

Nous avons passé un séjour correct dans cet hotel très central et particulièrement bien situé pour visiter Palerme. La jeune femme qui nous a accueillis était charmante. Malheureusement, cette offre hôtelière ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. C'est de notre faute : nous avons fait une erreur par manque d'attention. Nous avons réservé une chambre à la dernière minute et n'avions pas réalisé que celle-ci était sans fenêtre (ou pour être précise, il y avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur et une minuscule cour intérieur). Pas de soleil donc et quasiment pas de possibilité d'aérer. Un peu déprimant. En plus, il n'y a pas de personnel sur place et le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café à quelques mètres. C'est un peu comme dans un AirBnB mais sans les avantages (cuisine ect..). Donc en résumé, très bien mais pas pour nous.

esta localizado a 15 o 20 min de la catedral, y de los lugares importantes, esta en buena zona, esta lindo y limpio el lugar y muy amables y serviciales los administradores del lugar, lo que no me gusta es que el servibar no funciona si estas fuera de la habitación, y la única queja de la habitación es que no hay un lugar donde poner los artículos de limpieza en la regadera y que el asiento del sanitario estaba manchado y eso da asco.

Stay at this bed & breakfast if you are okay with not being able flush your toilet paper down the toilet. And stay here if you're okay with breakfast not being included at this bed & breakfast (not even pre-packaged baked goods are provided). The sofa "bed" in our room was very comfortable. Also, street parking is difficult to find; and if you don't want to park in the street, you have to pay 20 euros per night at a parking garage that is 500 meters away from this bed & breakfast.

快適な滞在

受付にあまり人がいないので、不便なところがありますが、それ以外は全然問題ないです。受付の人もとても親切でした。電話のできるSIMを持ってなかったので、このホテルズドットコムのアプリでやりとりをしました。朝食は近くのカフェでパン1つとコーヒーを頼めます。パンは美味しいし、大きいです。部屋の清掃はしっかりしてます。お湯もちゃんと出ます。
