This is our second time staying at Havana Cabana and we would come back. The servce is always great! Lots of amenities, you don’t even need to leave the property but if you want to go to Duval St they have an included shuttle service.

Pillows were flat and hard. Lost sleep because my neck hurt from pillows. Pool was beautiful, breakfast food was horrible and way overpriced. Breakfast food was minimal for nearly $20 per plate. Staff was friendly. Wild iguanas were pretty cool wandering around the property.

The water pressure was terrible! The shower took forever due to the lack of pressure. The AC unit has a hard time regulating the room temperature but that’s the keys. Hot tub was out of commission when we were there. We loved the room and comfortable bed. The lobby and staff is great and the hotel smells amazing!

Overall we had a good time, with a few inconveniences during our stay, such as a power failure, the hotel alarms going off, and there was no internet, which meant we had to pay in cash at the bar. One of the staff was a bit uncomfortable, and there was no music in the pool.
