The hotel is beautiful we were there forb4 days and we never seen anyone on our floor it was like we had the hotel to ourselves. The grounds were unique having the old buildings still standing showing their wear and tear. The hotel offers tours about the history of the area

What a beautiful hotel. Of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in, this is clearly one of the most interesting I've been to recently. An architectural gem in Buffalo.

Nice hotel

This is a beautifully restored property that was comfortable. My only issue was navigating around it since at times it was confusing going between the wings of the hotel. The continental breakfast the next morning was a little underwhelming since it was nearly empty - coffee included by 9 am. The staff was friendly and pleasant and very helpful.

Still Feels like an Insanse Assylum

The room was great good and small, somthing I would expect. However, they advertized laundry service and there was none. They advertized a full bar and only had beer and wine and not a good variety. No room service, no room cleaning. The "Free" Breakfast was on a platic roll cart and often cold and stale. The front Desk attendant was rude to me and my wife. For the price and service we would have had a better stay at a Courtyard Marriot

WOW!! I LOVED this property!! The history is so fascinating and everything inside fits with the charm of the building. I loved the high ceilings and the fact that there was a gym right in the building. We stayed there to attend a concert, which was just a walk down the street. Everything was so clean, safe, close to shopping and restaurants, and literally perfect. We will definitely be back!
